What is the Warm Springs Neighborho
This association is registered with the City of Boise as the official contact for the neighborhood that includes all residents of the Mesa. It is not an HOA.

The City and the various registered Neighborhood Associations will work in partnership to improve the quality of life within the city by:
- Helping people achieve their goals for their neighborhoods;
- Involving the neighborhoods in determining the best ways to achieve established citywide goals; and
- Creating an environment that will encourage the building and strengthening of community within neighborhoods (BCC R-14931).
Registered Neighborhood Associations will be eligible for benefits, including but not necessarily limited to:
- Funding from Neighborhood Reinvestment Grants;
- Notification of development applications and assistance with the development of neighborhood plans; and
- Extra time to testify in public hearings.
