Welcome to the El Paseo Homeowners Association

El Paseo, a developing neighborhood in the foothills above East Boise, boasts luxury homes in a secluded setting. The Boise subdivision is set above the city but still close enough to it for convenience and fun. The lovely homes and perfect location are a powerful combination.  This website serves the owners who live as neighbors and enjoy the natural beauty and unique characteristics of this wonderful place to live. 

Goals established for the EL Paseo HOA Inc.:   
  1. To provide for the beautification of and the architectural control of the neighborhood known as El Paseo (Boulder Heights Estates 1-5) with the goal of continuously improving the property value and neighborhood image. 
  2. To provide for maintenance, preservation, beautification of the common areas within the El Paseo Homeowners Association (Boulder Heights Estates 1-5)
  3. To administer compliance with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, hereafter CC&R’s and Bylaws
  4. To effectively establish and nurture a problem-solving process to resolve neighborhood concerns thereby minimizing the need for neighbors to take legal action against each other. 
  5. To establish and maintain a working relationship with Boulder Heights 2&3 HOA, El Paseo Heights HOA, the Warm Springs Mesa Neighborhood Association, and governmental agencies impacting the MESA.
